Science of Early Childhood Development

The Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University has a series of two-page briefs that summarize the science related to early childhood development. The briefs were developed for the National Symposium on Early Childhood Science and Policy held last summer. The Symposium was hosted by in partnership with the National Governors’ Association’s Center for Best Practices and the National Conference of State Legislatures.
