Early Childhood: Senate vs. House Budget Proposals

With the House and Senate having both passed budget bills, the budget debate now goes to a Conference Committee of House and Senate leaders. In terms of early childhood funding, there are significant differences in the proposed budgets that will have to be worked out in conference.
